    I have contracted ******* the owner of this company to perform work on my 2011 F-150. ******* stated that he needed a deposit and it was going to be $825. Upon dropping off my truck he stated it needed an engine rebuild and it was going to be about $3795 to complete the rebuild and he would need 50% down for parts to which I agreed and sent him the money, and he sent me an invoice with the remaining balance. He then stated he got fired and was about to be evicted from his residence and I had to get my truck towed back to my house until he can figure out what is going on. He then proceeded to block me and treated me because I had his home address which is also his business address. I filed a police report and several others have as well. I just want my money back for the work he did not perform.

    Hello I do apologize this issue has nothing to do with this business as the business is shut down and we never have done any kinda of mechanical work on cars we only worked on houses I do fully apologize

    This owner is still liable for all damages caused by his business, the owner is negligent and will lie and deceive you to get your money. This complaint has been sent to the attorney general and filed with ******** small claims court, there is a group now of over 15 people that are joining together to sue ********************* ***** and his businesses that he owns

    On October 3, 2023, I contracted with ***** Construction and Home Services, LLC for a "New Fence Install with Two Gate" for a total amount of $1,300 with a 50% deposit. The expectation was that the fence would take two days to complete. I left a check for $650 or the last 50% of the job between my front door and storm door. ************** decided to take that check to the drive-thru of my bank and cash it. The last time the crew worked on the fence was October 13. At that time roughly one-third of the project was completed. I sent ************** numerous texts asking when he was coming back to finish the job and that his behavior (theft) was not acceptable. After many lies, excuses and ignoring me, I determined ***** Construction had breached by stealing my money and not finishing the fence. I hired a reputable contractor to finish the fence at a cost of $810.57. I hired ***** Construction and ************* LLC thru ****. **** tried to negotiate a resolution but ************** chose to ignore and lie to them also so no resolution was reached.

    Was contacted 9/25/23 to do construction on my home. Was hired to convert a garage and room, into great room; Adding a door with stairs leading to the backyard. The shop was to be sealed and enclosed off, windows changed with garage door fixed and motorized in the shop. The side screen door sealed off and siding placed to match house. ******* quoted me $8,060 dollars requesting 50% down. I have the contract he emailed me. He then stated that he would need an additional $350 to treat the mold in the room. I paid initially $4,380 October 2nd, 2023. He informed me it would take 2 weeks to complete the job. After he started the work he contacted me and said that he would have to increase the cost. I informed him that I did not have the budget for the price to continue to change on me. I was at work at the time and he called me and said that if I paid the balance in full, he would mark the contract as paid in full and the amount would not fluctuate on me. On October 12th, 2023 I paid $4,030 for the contract to be paid in full. He sent me a contract stating that. He said he missed several days because his daughter had been sick but assured me at that time it would be done by October 19th, 2023. October 21st, I came to move in and nothing else had been touched in the space and they had left debris outside that the city flagged me for. I sent copies of the violations to ******* asking him to please finish the job and clean up the area. He informed me that he had 3 nails go thru his foot and that is why he was out but when he could walk again, he would finish the job. I asked if he could send crew members out to clean, he said he would. They never came. Oct 30th, he said he visited my home and saw the lack of work and was upset with his guys. He promised to have everyone working on my home Monday Nov 6th and would have everything completed by Friday 10th. 13th cleaning was promised again. Clean up took place but that was all. No work has been restarted. Today is 11/27

    On 9-17-2023, I paid ************************* $825 with check #****. He agreed to replace a Lexan roof over front porch. He said he would start on 9-19-23 at 9am. He was asking $1650 for work and needed half down payment. He cashed the check on 9-18-23. ******* did not show up on promised date, nor did he contact us. After several texts to him, he finally texted me and said he was waiting on materials. This pattern continued for a total of 11 different days. Each time ******* chose the date, did not show up, did not call or text, and he had a different excuse each time when he finally answered my texts. We were left waiting for him on 11 different occasions. I have copies of all of the texts detailing the days and his lame excuses which I can provide if necessary. On October 9, he didn't show up or contact us again. He finally responded to my text at about 11am and said, "I am trying to get everyone on the road." Then he said later that his radiator blew up in his truck so he couldn't bring materials to our house. We offered to pick up the materials in our truck to help him out. He became very upset and wanted to know how I had his business address, which is also his home address. Because I had his address, he decided it would be best to terminate our contract and refund the deposit of $825. I agreed that would be fine. He said he needed 7 days to issue a refund. I said he could meet us at ******************* in ****** on October 17 at 3pm to refund our money. On October 13, my husband, *****, sent a text to ******* reminding him of proposed meeting on October 17. He responded that he was sending a crew to perform work on October 17 at 9:30am. We agreed that would be fine. No one showed up on October 17. We haven't heard from *******, nor have we contacted him. I have all of the details on copied text messages. ************************* chose every date and detail of this dilemma, then chose not to comply and left us hanging. Thank you. We want money refund.
