    BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I filed a service call on my washer with my home warranty on 11/22 - glover appliance repair came out 11/28 and said we needed a control panel and water valve and he would order the parts that day. I called glover on 12/6 and was told parts hadn't arrived-called 12/9 - 12/12 -12/13 no answer no return call. I called back 12/14 and got a message they were closed until 1/3/23! I called the home warranty company and was told glover received the parts 12/1 and 12/5! I called glover 1/3/23 and girl said the parts came in while they were closed (out right lie!) and they would be out 1/5/23. The most unprofessional man showed up to fix the washer with a new water valve only - no control panel!! When we told him we knew what parts were delivered 12/1 and 12/5 he said it may show it was delivered but we don't always get the parts. He was extremely uncomfortable that we knew that information and became very evasive!! The technician then proceeded to go into how he put in to be off those two weeks to go see his mother. Had nothing to do with servicing my washer! Bottom line - they are billing the home warranty company for parts and service they did not provide!! I would think that is fraud!! They left me with no washer for 5 weeks - provided the most unprofessional unpleasant service imaginable!! To top off the HORRIBLE SERVICE - THE TECHNICIAN HOOKED THE WASHER UP BACKWARDS!!
