  There is no way to leave a 0 but thats what is needed. This auto mechanic took my car because it would not start and then charged me $1900 to fix my 2009 chevy malibu. When I came in they began to tell me that I needed to pay to tow the car back home and how to drop the gas tank. This after telling me that I owed them $1900 and the car still did not start nor could they produce the employee that did the work, stating he was let go.
  I told them that I felt that I was not being treated correctly and paid $900 down on the $1900 due even though I felt it wasnt right. They then decided to fix the problem by adding more gas diluting the bad gass and add $300 more dollars making the total $2200. After They said that the car was now running and about 2 month of having the car they said i could pick up the car but now i also owed $1400 more for.storage fees, even though they had not actually fixed the car until this time. This brings the total of a $5000 car to fix to $3600. I refused to pay and they refused to provide me with a person what did the work nor the replaced parts. I decided i would not pay and they now own ny car and all things inside. They also refuse to give me the $900 that I paid.
  Later I spoke to a guy that admitted working on the car and he is not even a mechanic and he said that the mechanic was telling him he can charge me what ever and i will not know. This was what I tried to discuss with the shop but the refuse to talk to me and hang up any time i call. So now im out of a car, $900 and all of the money on my stereo I had purchased that week. I will continue to let others know that this is not a good business and they hide and refuse to discuss or even explain why this happened and now have blocked my calls and i am on my way to confront them face to face. They are a scam and I would NEVER use them again and will share my experience with as many as possible.

  Brought my Ford Escape in for front end noise while driving. Their conclusion was I needed front hub assembly replaced on both sides and they recommended front tires. Unfortunately money is tight so I opted out of doing the tires. When I pick up my car I no longer had the noise from before but now a new noise coming from front end. I took it back thinking it was a bad bearing. Only to be told it was a warped rotor. My rotors were fine before the bearings were replaced. As it was not in my original estimate. I took my vehicle to 3 different mechanics who all said the same thing. They did not put my vehicle back together properly which warped the rotor. I now had to replace both front rotors and brakes as it's not recommended to only replace one rotor. $500 later I went back to Greg's with my receipts. I was told I'd get a phone call. He did call in a timely manner but was very rude and would not compensate me in any way nor take any blame for his mechanics mishap. He tried saying it would not warp the rotor in less than 100 miles of my return to them. I will not return to this establishment nor will I recommend them to anyone.
