    This company sends out their employees to assist during the payment process while purchasing a car wash. ONLY TO FIND that they actually are signing you up for a monthly subscription. No emails of such welcome to take 5 - nothing that would alert the customer of this sleight of hand type transaction. Once you see the charges- there is no one to help. Ive emailed several times, contacted them via their website through the contact page- called the number which they list as active for customer service (all an automated response system). Even went to the online chat- which is a bot that eventually stated they would connect me with a customer care agent- who never responded. Is this really the business plan of a company that is trying to gain TRUST of their client base? How sad. I expect them to refund these charges- and immediately. They are intentionally deceiving customers in the name of good customer service at their locations. I do not accept this level of behavior- I too am a small business owner who would never dream of treating my customers in this fashion- then expect to remain in business.
