Tom and his company have saved our living room rug!!
It took a long time to clean and they did everything they could to clean it and it looks brand new. This was a pricey rug and it looks restored!! I would absolutely use them again and fully trust them!

Twice now, the same very unprofessional and rude employee (who refused to give his name) has been out to my home to clean the carpet. Each time, this man has had a terrible attitude and did a poor job cleaning. Today, I was threatened at my home by Tom ****, the owner of All Pro after leaving a review on Google about their services. I have already notified the police and they are on their way to take my statement. When Tom knocked on my door, he declared himself as maintenance by shouting "maintenance!" so I assumed he was with my apt complex and I opened my door. He did not introduce himself, only said that he was with All Pro and did not appreciate the review I left on Google yesterday. He went on to say how I am not allowed to write a review for services I did not personally pay for (the property owner paid for their services) and how he needed to see the carpet with his own eyes immediately. It was at this point that he tried to walk past me into my home. I declined him access and held the door partially closed, stepping in front of him. I asked if the property manager had arranged for him to come by or if he was here of his own free will, because no one had notified me that anyone would be by. He refused to answer and instead said, "You better take down that review or so help me God..." I replied, "Or what?" I began recording at that time because I no longer felt safe. He admitted on video that he came to my home of his own free will, that no one told him to and then again told me I needed to take down the review. I told him to please leave and to not return and I notified the police as well as the property management where I live.
