      Took a letterman jacket that was 4 months old to get dry cleaned and the leather sleeves and a pocket was damaged. They are stating it is due to wear and tear but we have pictures of the jacket from February 2025 that shows no damage on the sleeve as they are saying. Plus the jacket is only 4 months old.

      My comforter was damaged when cleaned by this location. When removed from it's bag they sent it home in I found light and dark marks as well as a faded square in the middle. I contacted the manager in November and promptly brought it in, They claimed to have cleaned it again and the manager inspected it while I was on the phone and said it was all good. Upon picking it up all marks, stains etc were still there. I promptly returned it again letting her know I was filing a claim. A month went by and I had to contact her again. I was told a she would have to attempt to get a regional manager to come look at it but he already had said the damage was not due to them. Again no contact from anyone. After trying to make contact with someone above the store manager 3-4 times via their website I received a call back Feb. 14th telling me the director (?) would be looking at it and I would receive a call back on the 17th. Once again I have not heard from anyone.

      After speaking with the customer, we came to the agreement for partial payment of the comforter. The cleaning process should not have caused any of the color to fade from the comforter. More often than not, the see this is from other things being spilled on the fabric. When the fabric is then cleaned, whatever might have been on the fabric will remove the color of the fabric when processed. Due to the time and inconvenience of the customer and the length of time it took during the claim process, we offered to pay $125.00. Ms. ***** agreed to this amount. Check #***** in the amount of $125.00 was processed on 03/05/25. Customer has acknowledged she did receive the payment and is satisfied with the outcome.

      I dropped off my jacket in summer of 2023. I don't have an exact date because I was not given any kind of ticket when I dropped off my jacket. An employee took my jacket for cleaning from my car.Back in October once the weather cooled off, I started needing my jacket and realized I had dropped it off at the cleaners. Thinking it odd that I didn't get any sort of service call to pick it up after a week, I called to check the jacket's whereabouts. No one had any recollection of my jacket, and they offered no next steps how to fix the situation.I have called repeatedly, I have made only reviews, I have talked to management and I have been told excuses ranging from the store has new management, to they're taking time to review camera footage. I have been trying to sort out a resolution since October and management keeps ignoring my calls and won't talk to me.
