      They make it incredibly difficult to cancel your membership. You cannot cancel in any store you can only communicate through email. I sent an email in march and they are still charging my account in may.

      I thought I canceled my membership more than a year ago. I started seeing a ton of charges FAR above $10 each month. This included an $80 charge and a $50 charge in under a month. I walked into a gym and was told the only way you can cancel a membership is by emailing them. Even if you lock your cards, the charges go through.They intentionally wait 5 days before replying to your emails, each time. They refuse to help you unless you can supply them with an account number. Each time I reply, they wait 5 days before continuing to ask me for an account number. I've given them all of my personal information many times. They just keep asking me for an account number and refuse to cancel my membership or answer where these charges come from or supplying refunds.I'm at the point of warning everyone and alerting my credit card company. If other people are having the same issue with this company, we should look into legal action.

      I have moved from Tulsa several month ago and I have canceled my membership with 10gym on **** and **** in Tulsa by email given to me by the staff in the center. Noticed this month that they withdraw money from my account. Called them and was told that they have sent me an email that my cancelation was not approved. I have never received an email from them. The lady was very rude and unprofessional when I told her that I will write a review against 10 gym. I feel that did not care that they took more that $150. I do nit recommend 10gym to any one... WATCH THEM AND DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL.

      They make it very difficult to cancel membership. You can not cancel in person over the phone, or on the website. You have to use email. I was given the wrong email address several months ago and sent cancellation to that email several times without response. I had to take the money out of my account to make sure they did not continue to charge me as they have done before. They are also trying to charge me an extra month when I am moving out of State. The lady on the phone was rude and no help. This is an intentional business practice in order to screw people out of their money.
