AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! My experience with this company has been nothing but problems. First of all, their workers must have broken in to my home because I was not there at the time of their arrival (as I discussed with Meredith, their representative) and I asked repeatedly HOW THEY GOT IN and no one would ever give me an answer. They dug the holes all over the front of my home and left them without an inspection for over 2 weeks. I had to get an inspector to come and sign off on it through my realtor because no one else was responding to me. Meredith H. was abrasive and tried to bully me into doing more work than I was prepared to do several times. She wrote me an email saying she would "be there for me through the entire process" but when I tried to reach her my calls and texts went unanswered. They didn't complete the work as it should have been done, we had to get them to come back to finish it properly. Finally, they asked for a credit card FORM to be filled out with all of my information on it, and knowing that they had been so shady I wasn't comfortable with them having that information on file. I sent a check and since I live in Connecticut it took a few days for it to arrive to their office, which I explained to them at the time of mailing. The check was mailed on October 5 and on October 11 I received a threatening email from Ingrid ***** saying they were going to put a lien on my house if they didn't receive payment by 5 pm. I called their office immediately and told Ingrid ***** that I was shocked and during our conversation the check miraculously arrived. I feel that they walked all over me and treated me with incredible disrespect. This gangster approach of threats and bullying are not my normal experience and I have had several homes and have hired many companies to help me with construction, remodeling and repairs over the years and have NEVER had anyone treat me like that. That behavior is the behavior of a company in deep trouble, not a

*****, I am so sorry that you feel this way, though I feel like you would feel this way due to reasons outside of our scope. We not only completed your mother's house, but it was lifted perfectly, the engineer was very happy, and I do not know why you would say we broke into your home..It was really only when it came down for you to pay the remaining 50% due that all of the issues blew out of proportion. I have honestly never seen anything like it. I have also never seen a customer interact with a now ex-employee, who has attempted to sabotage the company before she quit, and utilize that as an excuse to not pay. I should not have to send multiple lien notices out to a customer, and I do not want to do that. I do not want to put a lien on a customer's home, but this is a business and our crew was also awaiting payment due to all of the evading of paying the final amount. We work hand and hand with engineers to ensure homes are completed and we did the same for your home but at every turn we were yelled at and berated, Ms. Ingrid and myself, by you and your realtor, due to miscommunications and for delays that can sometimes happen in construction, as anyone working construction will be aware of. I really am sorry that you feel this way, especially since us expecting the remaining 50% that you owed us for the completion and sign off for your house seems to be the reason you are so upset, which is asinine. I hope that you sell your home in a timely fashion and I wish you only the very best in all of your future endeavors! I will be communicating with our bbb rep and providing all of our documentation we keep on file to prove the falsity of this claim. Thank you.

Meredith - I think you need to be honest here. The reason that I am saying you broke into my house is because no one was home and when I arrived the workers had the front door, the back door, and the garage door open and NO ONE had let them in. We asked you at least 5 TIMES how they got in, we asked your coworker who told me personally she had asked you over and over and was getting no response. The workers did not speak English and could not provide me with an answer. The realtor never gave you the code to enter the house, so what else am I supposed to think? And I never had a problem paying you, I simply asked to have someone that I trust go and look at the work first because I was out of town. Your dealings had been so dishonest and shady that I needed to make sure it was done properly before I paid you. You had not filled all the holes properly after you left the site the first time so again, I did not trust you or your company to have done the right thing. I did raise my voice, but only when I received a lien notice after the check was sent. I was shocked to receive an email like that when there was no reason at all! I also disclosed to Ingrid why I was sending the check because no company has EVER asked me to fill out a form detailing my credit card information with the security code on the back "for their records". And I never contacted your previous employee, my realtor grew up with her so they are in contact anyway. You are fabricating lies, exaggerating and not taking accountability for the unprofessional way you and your "company" have behaved. Oh, and I wish YOU the best of luck in your future endeavors. One day this will all catch up with you....
