    I bought a brand new toro 21 inch push mower on 9/7/2022. Told them what I was using it for and they said it came with a 2 year warranty. Since I brought the mower in a couple of times when it wouldnt start and they would fix it under warranty no problem. I dropped my mower off 3/13/2024 for the same issue (mower wont start). Today I picked it up, and they said that they tried working on it, but unfortunately the engine is toast. I asked what are my options then since it is still under the 2 year warranty. I figured either the engine would be replaced or the whole mower under warranty. They said that since it was used commercially that there is only a ***** day warranty. So now they dont want to stand by the warranty that is on the machine they sold me. The service paperwork shows the warranty is good until 9/7/2024, but for some reason they dont want to follow the warranty claim. The mower was $1000 brand new! A new engine is only $350 why cant they just replace it since its still under warranty?

    Please find attached the **** WTY policy paperwork that comes with the mower when he purchased the mower new.  The mower he purchased from us is considered a homeowner mower it is not made for commercial use which the customer is using commercially it is obvious of the condition the mower is in. Unfortunately, the customer should have purchased a commercial mower for the purposes he is using it, the commercial mower does however cost about double the price of the mower he purchased. The consumer has the responsibility to make the final decision of their purchase based upon there needs.

    BOUGHT A NEW TRACTOR AND FILTERS FOR LATER MAINTENANCE , WHEN I STARTED TO DO MAINTENANCE CHANGING OIL FILTERS. I FOUND I WAS SOLD THE WRONG ONES FOR MY TRACTOR MODEL ...I CONTACTED AS SOON AS I KNEW AND ASKED ABOUT EXCHANGING THEM FOR THE PROPER ONES AND WAS IGNORED .. THREE WEEKS LATER THE ***** SAID HE FORWARDED THE REQUEST TO SOMEONE ELSE THERE , AND I WAS STILL IGNORED , I FINALLY SOURCED THEM LOCALLY SO I COULD PERFORM MAINTENANCE , ANOTHER WEEK HAS GONE BY AND STILL NOTHING . I SPENT OVER ****** DOLLARS THERE AND THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP , I ALSO DROVE 1100 MILES TO PICK THE TRACTOR UP , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING
