    I came into the location on February 9, 2023 to renew both tags on my cars. I provide my veterans sheet was told that I could only renew one car which was the Dodg Durango 066 and the Hyundai Sata Fe Sport 987. Was told the sata fe was not due until May. I came in on May 18th 2023 to do my Santa Fe. Once she was finished with the transaction a sheet printed out and was given to me. Looking over the paperwork I noticed the name was not mine as well as black dodg car that was not mine noticed they car plate ended in 907 and it was due in May but mine is 987 which was due back in February . Went back inside to inform the nice lady that helped me that this is not my information so apparently she as well as the last person who refused to do the right tag in Feb was putting in 907 which is wrong. I was there on time at the right time to renew my tag on time I was told a strong no that I have to wait till May. Only to find out if the correct information was put in the first time I would not have been out extra fees from putting in one number incorrect. This is not right and I will figure out a way to get my money back or something needs to be done here. Review your cameras and see how I kept telling the lady in February that both cars are due instead of her putting in the correct tag she was one number off that cost me an extra 50.00 and was unaware that I was driving around unregistered. This is a very racist place I live in in Oklahoma and if they don’t like helping my kind of people then please turn me away completely not refuse to do your job that cost me extra and they don’t care to correct it.
