    I spoke with **** P out of this office. He informed me he did not know the status of my move. said he had to call another office in another state to locate the stuff they moved out of my house. Then proceeded to tell he doesn't know when it will be picked up from their location and moved to my house in another state. I have paid my bill in full in advance. I asked **** P to return my call over 96 hours ago and he now is not answering his phone or returning messages. I don't care if my stuff is delivered tomorrow but the fact that a company willing admits they don't know where my stuff is or when it will be delivered is concerning. I'm just looking for answers and people to actually communicate on when my stuff will be delivered to my new home.

    Hello,  I spoke to ******* ********** several times.  I explained that his shipment has a delivery spread through 5/9/25.  I was checking with the dispatch office about the status of his shipment.  I did not respond to ******* until I received word from dispatch on when the shipment is due to deliver.  On Monday we received word that the shipment was on the way to destination and delivery would be later this week.  I reached out to the driver to confirm delivery & was told it would be 5/1/25 in the afternoon.  Once, I heard that confirmation on Tuesday 4/29 , I contacted ******* **********.
