      My ********************************************************** the quick lane. Simple oil change. Less than ****** mi on the truck. Now I have an oil leak. Seriously? Unacceptable.

      Not able to schedule for two week. Car electronics failing. Extended warranty not of any use. Told that dash failures are nothing to worry about. No loaners. Told it might be a month till they could start looking at it.Not saying they were no help but they had no fix for the car they sold me.Told to look for another dealer if I want help. Sent to ************************ for help he did not understand why I was talking to him about my ***** Me either.I have had this vehicle less than a year. This is first use of the warranty and it appears that is was not good for one use.No ability to schedule work, short of manpower and cant help me get the car fixed. Acted like it was not their problem. Dont call the service department they do not answer the phone and the phone mail is full. The answering service does not understand the problem with that.

      I think they are rude not customer friendly at all . Brought my truck in even had already had a bad experience with them through texing . I was ready to buy first the truck I wanted was absolutely no gas in it couldn’t test drive it and they didn’t even attempt to put any gas in it . I told salesman it had no gas and his response was it figures … Then he gave keys to what I guess was sales manager he drove my truck brought back handed keys to other guy he came over and just spit out a number . No explanation as to what if any was issue with my truck . It is in exceptional shape low miles for the age . They didn’t even attempt to try to work with me . Sales manager never even looked at me not once . Poor customer service would never go back and hope others see this and don’t go either !!! I would leave no stars if I could but it made me put one !!

      I would like to give a good review but I don’t that now.. I Bought a Ford Edge 2019 on 4/27/2023 I had my car two weeks & the reverse went out in. I took back to Car lot and had put in service department. I was told that I had to wait for my warranty to kick in on May 27th, I was ok with that. I was also told they would start working on it the day after Memorial Day & they did not do that. I got a call from sales man asking me to bring ing in the vehicle I was driving he wanted to put me in another car while my car was still in the service department.. I ask my salesman when my car was going to be done he told me they had started working on it and probably would not until week.. I was VERY UPSET & FRUSTRATED. I can’t even enjoy driving my car which I have already made a payment.. I work my butt off to get this car.. I fill like they knew there were problems with this car when they sold it to me. That’s just my opinion..MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THERE A MONTH.. I finally spoke to the service department and General manager about my vehicle they helped me.. . I think with all the waiting I have had to do on my vehicle .. I think they should pay two months of my car payment..O, By The Way I put a review on their page and some one removed.. I was telling the truth about what has happened.. They don’t want people to see the truth.. I looked at this way they would not someone doing their family members like this ..

      I’ve used this dealership for a year and a half since I purchased my f-250 and it’s always a nightmare. From quick lane for tire and rim stuff to service appointments they are lost. With constant turnover and no communication amongst staff. They will call you with no idea why. So with my issues over the 15 months I suggest thinking about other dealers. Yes they will sell you something but even with a ESP follow through is minimal and simple issues are mad into multiple trips. Plenty of other ford dealers in Tulsa to consider.

      Took car in for service told them what I needed done. They gave me a quote then called back and quote went up $1500 to a total of 3400 dollars and some change. Ford in ********* and ****** quote same job at 1950. Sounds like something going on over there. Now trying to charge me for diagnosis of car when I told them what I wanted done. Will never do business with them. Sounds like they just rip people off. I work way to hard for that.

      My car has been there since June 10 on a recall. They said I was 8th in line. Still have not heard from them and last time I called, they still didn't have the part.

      Unfortunately this statement is correct. We have a lot of vehicles on our lot that we are waiting for Ford parts. These parts are on national back order with no immediate release date. I understand the frustration but we are completely dependent on Ford.
