    Paid over 8k for a fence and almost immediately needed a couple things fixed. I have basically been ghosted by them after they received their money. Ive been waiting for 10 business days with almost no communication from them. Fence was completed June 6th. I reached out June 10 about issues with the fence. I reached out again June 11 and received a reply that they were busy. I reached out again June 17th and was told they would be out that afternoon. No one came. I contacted them again June 24th and I am still waiting for them to fix my fence.

    Every communication with customer was responded to by either phone call, text message, or email. There was never a time that customer made communication with our company and was not responded to immediately. Made customer aware that we were extremely busy and was on the repair list and would make every possible attempt to get over and fix issues. All issues were fixed as of this morning at 10:00am 6-27-24. Company owner will go over to job and ***** repairs and make sure everything is above above board on work.

    The fence was fixed on 6/28. I have reviewed the business response, and while I disagree that the communication was responded to in a timely manner as ****** stated, I accept the resolution of the repaired fence.
