    On about July 25, The company was delivering Gunite for a nearby pool and dumped the excess concrete on my property. I yelled at the driver but unable to stop him and he rudely told me it was not his problem. It was dumped in my field less than 49 ft from my pool. I would like the concrete removed

    This is ******** ***** with Southwestern Gunite ******** **************** with our drivers and the pool builder who hired us, we were given full permission by the pool builder, Vista Pools, to use the field for our clean out. 

    We would never use anyones property without full permission. As for our drivers, it is not their problem when they are approached by the homeowner and/or neighbors, because they are our employees not the owner of the business.  

    For the rudeness you complained about from our driver, that has been brought to all of our drivers attention. They have been reminded to respectfully tell complaining neighbors and/or homeowners, to contact Southwestern Gunite ******** and/or the pool builder. 

    With this being said, this service issue complaint falls back on the pool builder, Vista Pools. Here is his contact information we have. If you do not get a response from this contact information provided, I would suggest reaching out to your neighbor for more.

    I am rejecting this response because:   they are placing the blame with another company.  I have contacted *********** and they have not yet responded.  I want to keep the complaint open until i get a response and resolution.

    ******** *******, your neighbor hired Vista Pools to build them a pool, not Southwestern Gunite. All pool builders hire sub contractors to create a pool for their clients.

    We provide a service to our pool builders and with that service comes instructions, from the builder, a place to wash out our excess material. The pool builder gets their instructions from the client. Your neighbor is Vista Pools client, who would have given permission to use the field. The resolution you are looking for should be between you and your neighbor.

    With that being said, you are placing blame on another company because you can not get a response from the pool builder your neighbor hired. It would have been best for you to contact Vista Pools, Southwestern Gunite, and/or your neighbor back in July not November.

    We would have appreciated a call from you instead of a complaint on our Better Business Bureau account. Most individuals file complaints after an attempt with a company can not be resolved, not a complaint before contacting the company they have an issue with. 

    Unfortunately, you will not get the response and resolution you are looking for from Southwestern Gunite.
