    Hired kitchen cabinet painted by My Okie Charm, owner ****** end of February 2022, stained cabinets were painted and completed first week of March. They looked good. By early May two cabinets were cracking and looked like they were going to peel. I reached out and ****** said must be shifting from humid weather and wait until rainy season is over and contact her again for repair. June 15th I messaged and she replied she was leaving to work fairs from July first until July 18th (although it appears from fb posts she did a job during this time). By this time paint is actually off and you can see the stained old cabinets and 4 doors are cracked and peeling. I didn't hear anything so I messaged her on July 31st and she had a big job and was short handed. I didn't hear anything again for another month so on August 29th I messaged, no response. On September 6th messaged, no answer, September 7, messaged and the reply was sorry, didn't see the message, was it one door, although I had told her several doors and the problem (as if she didn't even recall). She said she would come by on September 8th, the 8th came she cancelled said she would see if she could get by later and I never heard from her. On the 9th I messaged and ask if she had another time to drop by and pick up the cabinet doors, no reply. On the 10th I sent a message outlining my concerns. Never heard from her until I emailed it and starting putting info out on social media. Her response was "call me". I ask in the email for a refund. I told her we would repair or hires someone else but we wanted a partial refund for the 4 doors that are now cracked and peeling. See photos. I have been more than patient and understanding. The quality of work is poor and her professionalism is non existent. I would not recommend this company for painting. Very disappointed we paid good money for a job that was not satisfactory and I can't enjoy my new kitchen for looking at chipped paint.
