    Called Hagan Tractor Parts, Inc. I was trying to find a particular part, sent a picture of the part needed. They sent back a picture and I said that is not the correct one. They stated it would work. They shipped the part 174.00 later. When the part came, I was told it would interchange but I would not be able to use a loader if I installed this part. I decided to return it. The return information and invoice did not come with the part, it came a day after the part was delivered. The return instructions gave you a said amount of time to call to initiate a return, which was up when I received the instructions. I went ahead and called, at this time, the representative said to keep it, they would not accept the return! I am out 174.00 and a part I cannot use. They should never say it is returnable, if it is not, only if they agree to it and send the return information after you receive the item about the return policy!! Very misleading information!! I just want everyone to be aware, if you buy a part and it is not what you want or need, you probably will not be able to return it!! False information!!
