What? No apology from TJB? Seeing how responsive ***** is here is a good sign that he's a business owner that cares about his business. My Silverado needs a new ******. I think I'll go see *****.

My son took his F150 here to have the transmission fluid level checked. It took 5 minutes to check the level and after waiting another 30 minutes after they had checked the fluid level he was charged $75.00. Wayne the owner (who drives a Porsche) said they charge a minimum of 30 minutes labor even if it only takes 5 minutes of a mechanics time. It took 3 employees 30 minutes to figure how to charge the $75.00 for the 5 minutes work. Wayne was very rude and arrogant when questioned about the excessive fee for a quick fluid check. My 27 year old son gets to help pay for Wayne's Porsche.Lifetime Transmissions Inc.

Hello Mr. ******, your son's transmission does not have a dipstick. His truck requires a rack and covers to be removed just to get to his transmission to be able to perform a fluid check procedure. He was informed before he brought the vehicle to us that it would be 75.00 for that service. I do have our calls on recording. We are happy to bring you in so you can see it and understand the process more clearly. We regret you feel our service was not satisfactory. We in fact did another Ford truck for A-1 Auto Body after replacing the cooler/radiator because they did not have the proper equipment either.Review fromBen S
