    NEVER USE BENT ARROW FOR GROOMING!! I took my dog in for a BATH and asked them to remove the matted fur. He has some on his tail and elbows. I go to pick him up and the ************************* shaved his ENTIRE BODY!!! He said he had deep matted fur all over in his undercoat that you couldn't see, but never called me or confirmed with me that I wanted his entire body shaved. It can take a year for him to get his full coat back!!! I am beyond livid!!***** is refusing to give me a refund!
