    Charged an exorbitant amount of money to come to building and diagnose issue. $837.00 was charged to us for less than one hour of time spent in the building. Charged $300 drive time then $319 for "service truck" use and $150 for time spent in building and $50 fuel surcharge and an unknown charge of $17.50 for a total of $837. When the technician diangnosed the issue and stated we needed a new indicator I asked for an estimate and he stated he didnt know the cost and it would "just take longer to find out" and he was on the clock. We called and got the estimate and it was $1500 to replace so we declined as the part was only a $188 part and the original cost of the scales was only $650. Upon calling the gentleman at the home office I was told "thats our rate, there is nothing i can do". There should be a disclaimer or estimate provided to customers in instances where these extreme and excessive charges are going to be placed on customers. Small businesses cannot afford this type of price gouging.
