    If I could give 0 stars and make this review public, I would. Highly do not recommend this company. I used them years ago for my business and even though there was a mistake and we had to redo my glass work back then, I gave them another chance this year for additional work at my business. They messed up the measurements THREE times so a week long project turned into over a month to get my glasswork correct. The first guy who came to measure, measured wrong and the glass didn’t fit. So after being understanding of mistakes, the next set of men came out to remeasure and talked bad about the other coworker not being able to do his job correctly. I went along with it and explained I didn’t mind as long as it was done correctly the time next. Well, the next glass came and it was wrong as well. So we had to recorder again. Meanwhile, the lack of communication was absolutely ridiculous. Zoe told me a few times when they would be arriving with my order and they no showed SEVERAL times and we stayed later than usual waiting for them to show up. Instead of calling me to let me know they wouldn’t be making it, I had to call them over and over to find out why they didn’t show and when they were coming. They never once called me to follow up as they should have. They even showed up unannounced to my business without me being there to communicate with them. This went on for over a month. Finally, the glass came and without any communication or customer follow up, they send me the invoice without making any payment right or discounting for the hassle this company has caused me. I would steer clear of any business with them as they talk bad about each other to customers, they do not communicate with customers, they apparently can’t measure correctly, and still expect customers to pay their cost in full after treating them wrong and having terrible customer service. I am sick about paying them for a job that was terrible because they care more about funds then customer service.
