    We received a partial order but were told it was complete. I enquired and they tracked the second part and told us where it was. It arrived a few days later, as they said it would. Very nice items, good price and great customer service.

    I purchased 2 customs boards from them. The 1st order came damaged with scratches, paint drip marks, bubble wrap embedded into the paint job. They sent out a 2nd order which was just as awful as the 1st. The paint showed every single imperfectionscratches on the wood, paint drips & chipped corners. I asked for another order, but this time with natural wood, no paint. The packing tape on the anterior surface ripped the finish off the wood while unpacking & a compete marking of where the tape was & a corner was damaged again. Completely disappointed! I asked for a complete refund & the company refused & they also refused to do any additional orders to complete the work. I now have 6 damaged boards that will be used for firewood. Utterly disgusted with this *************** awful customer service & terrible craftsmanship. Save yourself the disappointment & DO NOT buy from them!

    I attempted to cancel my order within a reasonable amount of time. It was denied because the business claimed they started working on my custom order. "Miraculously" they completed the order the next day and it was shipped by **** however, *** had no record of the order. This business falsified a shipment. It did not deliver on the quoted date. It was several days late. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

    Possible scam!
    Ordered a Christmas gift for my parents through their Amazon. It's almost Febuary 2024 and the package was labeled "shipped" in December 2023 even though it was never shipped.
    I have reached out multiple times and commonly recieve automatic replies. I keep recieving messages claiming they will send me a tracking number which has yet to be seen or even an estimated shipping date.
    Will update this review if anything actually changes.
