    June 30 - July 4, 2023 : My whole family total of 16 (my family, parents, sisters, their families) visited **********, **. We stayed at the Eastwood Cabin for our vacation. I believe that cabin had 3 AC units. When we arrived one of the rooms was reading 84 degrees and was no where near cooling. The 2nd floor also had issues calling. I immediately contacted the host and they immediately contacted ***** with Sooner Elite. He had other cabins ahead of us, but guaranteed he would be out that same night as long as we were ok with him coming late. He kept his word and came in to check on the issues. He left as as promised came back after midnight with 2 window units for the the one room which had 8 teens and young adults in it. They were set for the rest of the trip. He then worked on the upstairs room changing the filter and advising us to use a box fan for one of the rooms. The next day I contacted the host to let them know it was still warm with the box fan, once again ***** came through to save the trip and provided a portable AC unit for one of the rooms. I was VERY impressed with his great customer service and great attitude. He was super friendly and not once did I ever feel like we were annoying him or that he was frustrated with having to work so late. If his business was in *****, it would DEFINTELY be my go to AC Company. THANK YOU *****!! You are truly appreciated!!

    Awesome crew great service! Came in and done the job right the first time! Plus offered preventive maintenance that most don't I love it
