    On June 7th 2024 I made an attempt to pay a bill on Pine cellular bill matrix which said it did not go through. When I called my bank they said they had charged me the entire amount of the bill 3 times completely depleting my bank account. I went to their physical store in ***************. They said they do not have any payments from me and I have provided proof of the charges. I am absolutely heart broken over this. They refuse to refund or help me in anyway until next week sometime but that means I don't have any money until they decide to accept their error.

    To whom it may concern:

     

    Pine Telephone disputes the description of this report. Just because a transaction shows as pending does not mean Pine Telephone received any funds. 3 payments were not taken by Pine Telephone and if they had been the correct amount would have been returned to the party. Due to Customer proprietary network information Pine Telephone cannot give full details of any transactions without a signed notarized release from the customer.

    Pine cellular is a SCAM AND A JOKE! We were told there would be no breach of contract charges when we switched to AT&T because our phones were NOT WORKING ANYWHERE. This was on multiple different occasions. And then yesterday I get a debt collection letter for $486 for breach of contract! And they just say “sorry nothing we can do about it”. 0 stars! Would not recommend to anyone. I guess if you switch because of their suckiness make sure you get in writing that there will be no extra charges! What a joke.

Due to CPNI, **** does not discuss any customers with anyone not authorized on the customer account.  An authorization of account information release must be signed in person by the customer with one of our representatives or notarized and sent in to us with a copy of their federal or state issued ID to the following address: Pine Customer Relations, Attn: *********************, *******************************************. I have attached the form for any future use needed. The owner asked to keep my name as attention so they are brought to their attention.
