    We purchased 2 LED signs from ExperiusLEDS back in September 2024. We were told that our sign would be installed and completed before Halloween by the owner ****. **** came, we signed our contract, and he collected the full payment as well as some items that were agreed upon in trade (trailer, Sprayer). We developed our advertising plans and allocated other advertising resources to prepare for the arrival of our LEDS. After Halloween came and went, we contacted Experious and were told our installation date was pushed out a few weeks. This date came and went as well. We continued to contact them every few weeks to check on the status and were always promised a false install date that came and went. This must have happened 20 separate times at least. We finally got a hold of **** again and expressed our need for the signs to be installed before December 31st or we would need our money back and would go with a different company. We were, as usual, promised that our signs were going to be installed before then. We are 6 months past that date and have been promised our signs every few weeks for the past 6 months as well as not refunded. We have been lied to consistently and in every interaction and are to the point where we need another party involved before we take legal action. We are seeking a full refund of ****** for the amount paid back in September 2024 immediately so that we can move on. If we are not refunded and have to take these matters to court, our attorneys have informed us that there will be additional charges filed against Experious. I want to give them one final chance to refund and make this situation right so we can go our separate ways.

    On February 21st, 2024 we paid $23,084.06 for an LED sign to be installed at our business. We were told that installing where a previous sign was would not be a problem. The estimate was four to six weeks for completion. We called several times and kept pushing back the install date. On June 4th 2024 we were told that the City of ************ would not approve our location for the sign.On June 6th, 2024 we sent a letter Registered Mail to Experius LED Signs to try and resolve the refund issue. Our letter was returned to us as no one would sign for it.On July 16, 2024 **** ******** agreed to refund the amount that we paid since the sign location would not be approved. We have spoke with and left messages with **** on many occasions. Each time the conversation would end with a check would be sent in a couple *********** November 19th, 2024 we called **** *************) and told another couple weeks.We would like to have the refund that has been promised since July.

    2/16/2023- Panels on sign were fixed, ******* from sign company came out and placed ads we needed on sign for us, however no remote was replaced and we are still unable to control our sign and change own ads. Was told would be done in couple of days.

    Dear ** *****,

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your complaint with Tulsa Better Business Bureau.  Before I purchased Experius LED Signs, a former salesman sold you a 20 millimeter, 10x20 LED sign, which was relocated from another location to your company location. After we purchased the company, we honored the sale and used sign.  As you recall, we made 17 trips to replace bad/damaged panels and/or pixels. Since the present technology calls for 10 millimeter, we exhausted our inventory and our vendors supply of 20 millimeters panels, unfortunately impacting our ability to fix your sign.
    I have tried to call numerous times to set up an demo appointment to show you what a difference it makes using 10 millimeter technology in LED signs. I am sorry that you would not take my calls or return the calls.  We would love to work with you on a new sign at a very reduced price and new technology, which would include our company paying for half of the new sign.
    Thank you for reading my response.  I would like to send you an email to outline more details about the new sign technology, including videos of signs we have installed.  I greatly appreciate you taking the time to read my response and consideration of starting over to build a new business relationship.
