      I cosigned a loan for my daughter who purchased a car from Hudiburg Ford on 6/3/23. We were pre-approved for the loan from Communication ******************** and presented a letter of acceptance for our financing from our credit union at the time of the sales negotiation. The day we went to pick up the car the sales person handling the financial documents told me that we had to fill out a form with basic information on it at the dealership or we could not buy the car. They ran my credit, after we told them not to several times and even though we were pre-approved at our credit union. He then asked me to sign the consent form to run my credit, after he already made a hard inquiry on my credit. I asked him why he did that and he said he had to to enter our information into their system and he could not sell the car without doing this. Additionally, he told us if we did not fill out the paperwork at the dealership he would add a $495 doc fee onto our loan. Lastly, the day after my daughter negotiated the sales price with the salesman she saw the car advertised online for $200 less than the price they agreed upon. When she called the salesperson to ask about his he said - we will see what it is listed for when you come in tomorrow to pick it up and that is what we will give it to you for - if the price goes up that is what I have to sell it to you for.

      On Feb 25 th I bought a 2020 dodge charger very nice car but I notice the next day it was making some noise so my husband said it could be the ball joints. We took it back to **** and they claim they fix the issue so on March 7. I took the car to exhaust shop because its extremely loud so once a mans are looking at everything, he said, the reason why the car is so loud is because the catalytic converter are missing and its against the law to sell the car without it I called **** 3 times all I keep getting is someone will call you back Im paying on car that prolly wont even pass inspection because its missing bolts all kind of stuff I dont feel like I should have to pay almost **** dollars outta pocket I had no clue was missing
