    I was going to purchase a property that was listed with this business and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. First off they had almost a month to get a contract and abstract updated. I agreed to pay them and told them my situation on the funds and kept them updated to the day Id have the money to purchase, which was within a month. But **** didnt stay in contact and never drew up a contract until 7:30 the night before the purchase was taking place. But I didnt know until 5:30 in the morning the day of sell. I drove 2 hours to Cherokee to finalize a deal he never had ready. I text him 7:30am and asked when and where he wanted to meet and never received a call or text back. 10:30 I called his office for them to tell me hes on the phone that they will let him know. But I was already at my ends with the deal because he failed to do his job and have it ready and never kept contact with me on the whole deal. I was driving back when he finally tried reaching out to me and I told him Im gonna pass on the deal because of his professionalism and not one time did he even apologize. Lousy business and a shady person. He wanted to sell the place for $11k less then I agreed and when I met him to look at it he was going to take everything out of the building(fridge, stove, choir chairs, and P/A system) even tho I had agreement with owner for everything.
