      Our process with WCS began at the end of August 2024. We were sent the check for the approved repairs on Sept. 11 2024. The owner, ****** was to complete several repairs on our home including a new roof, new siding, new windows, new gutters, replacing metal trim around the outside of the home, as well as quite a bit of interior work on the home, all due to hail damage. We were told this whole process would take 6 weeks to complete from start to finish. He started with the roof, which we were told would only take 2 days. It took over two weeks to complete. Still to this day, that is all that has been done. Not only did they not do any of the other work on the home after receiving a check from us and our insurance company to do, they destroyed our home in the process. We have several gashes in our siding from them slamming ladders against it. Our yard was destroyed from the equipment they used. The fascia around our roof was destroyed and has gashes in it as well. ***** pulled up window sills and separated the wood around them then never replaced or covered them. They left the siding around the roof of our home completely lose, so dozens of sheets of vinyl siding have flown off the home and exposed the home to the elements. This company owes us thousands of dollars from what we originally paid for them to do all of this work. And that doesn’t include what it is costing us to fix everything they damaged. They assured us and signed a contract saying they were fully license and insured, but refuse to provide us with any of that information. They still have not even provided documentation for the roof being impact resistant, which we need for our home insurance.
