    I used Better Business Bureau (I am not putting any blame on your business) to see which nursing home was rated decent for my parent. I chose CNC. The public needs to know this place is filthy, the nursing staff is very rude and uncaring, Only 3 employees even cared about my parent. I had her there approximately 2 1/2 years because I didn't know there was a better place. About 3 to 4 months after having her there it was a constant battle with them to check on her, to take her to the restroom or change her. Approximately 3 weeks ago the Dr. told us she need hospice care. After we put her on hospice they would not do anything for her except those 3 employees. I contacted the head Administrator and there were not better results. There were mouse droppings in each drawer in her room it took us twice to address that before they were cleaned. I took my parent to the main restroom where they shower and clean them. The only running water was the toilet/shower. There was no toilet paper they had the hard paper towels in water that was not sanitary to wipe or clean them. I was able to move my parent this week I did not know there were better, cleaner and caring people. When the hospice social worker went in to tell CNC we were transferring my parent The laughed in her face The public just need to know to not take their loved one there if they want real care and a clean facility. Thank you.
