My trailer is a 2008. Its a beautiful trailer except for the fact that my front axle just rusted out and broke. The second is about to do the same. The subframe is also rusted out and broken. I called cimarron about this. A 15 year old trailer that has hardly been used should not look like this. This trailer loves an easy life and is hardly used in the winter ever. They agreed when I called them and told me that in Jan 2008 they switched axles bc the axles were bad. They still made my 2008 trailer with the old axles and sold it this way, knowing that the axles were bad. They told me on the phone that the axles didnt last and were super thin, therefore not good quality. They did not offer to replace the axles, as they should have done before they ever sold the trailer, knowing the axles on it were bad quality. It now will cost $6000 to fix my trailer. Cimarron does not stand behind quality made trailers, and they do not stand behind being honest. Do not purchase a cimarron. My trainers trailer is a **** and his axles dont even remotely look like mine. Choose another brand, one that lasts with quality products. Its ridiculous that cimarron is aware of the problem and admits it, yet they do nothing to fix it.
