    I bought a 40' new container from them and would never buy from them again. Cosmetic damage to my container from hitting 2 trees and almost up rooting one tree. I told them beforehand when they came out to make sure they could deliver with no problem, that I would cut down any tree that would be in the way, no problem everything is OK. When I complained, father and daughter came out and argued that the trees did not cause the cosmetic damage. I have pics of the trees with the bark torn off of them about an area of 4 feet bark torn off and one tree leaning almost up rooted. The father daughter team ganged up on me verbally denying the trees did any damage. They are family owned and and will gang up as a family. The father, at least 20 years younger than me, got up in my face, me being 67 years old, copd, bad knee, I stood my ground, he backed off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could post the pics on here I would. The right hand door was also hard to open, they put some goop on the gasket, will see how long that last. Date of delivery- 7/28/23 They are not BBB accredited, I think I know why.

    I am sorry that you feel that we did not go above and beyond to meet your needs. We came out prior to delivery at no charge to you to guarantee that we could get in to your property. We did request that you trim back some trees. Also, at the time of delivery, we went above and beyond to set your container on pre poured concrete pillars (Which by the way, no other company would do for you). You even commented on how impressed you were with the driver for getting it perfect on the first try. You were happy at this time. Almost a week later, you called complaining that you were having trouble with the doors. We came out (at no cost to you) to inspect and fix any issue you were having. You disagreed with us on the recommendation that we made about using silicone grease on the gaskets. You then sent a message that you did decide to grease the gaskets and that it was fixed and working perfect.Several days later you wrote back that it was only a temporary fix. So, the owner came out personally at 6:30 pm to assess the situation and make any adjustments or offer a full refund if we couldn't meet the level of ease on the doors you were looking for. After using the correct grease you did agree that it was working perfectly. You refused to have your wife come outside so we could check her ability to open and shut the doors and also offer her some tips for operating them. During the time that we were there, you insulted the owner by calling her names such as, "dumb and stupid". You were very disrespectful considering all that had been done time and again to offer the best customer service (outside of normal business hours as well). When your attitude became escalated, we even had to put a call in to local police to request an officer on site as a 3rd party witness. At this time, you decided you wanted to keep the container and not receive a refund. I have 17 photos taken of the container on site at your property and I would be happy to provide those, if necessary. I am sorry that you feel we didn't meet your level of service, however, I believe we went above and beyond. Also, the fact that you refused a full refund and wanted to keep the container, as well as, end our interaction as soon as we notified the police of the situation says to me that we are not in the wrong.
