3 men came for a 1 man job .I told them what the problem was before they came.They brought 2 trucks loaded .They were here about 10 minutes.Took apart stuff that had nothing to do with the issue,and didn't put it back.Tried to get 1100$ for a 300$ ,30 minute job.Then charged 175 service call,when I said no. I would hire from out of state before I would ever call them again.

we came to your home for a service call and you were told of the service call fee prior to our arrival. The service technician did a diagnostic on your system and determined that your pressure tank was bad. They told you your pressure tank was bad and you have issues down in the well like maybe a leak or a bad check valve. They told you the cost of replacing the pressure tank and at that time it was $1100.00 for the tank and that included the service call. You told them that you can get a tank cheaper and you were told that we could install it at a labor charge,, we cant complete our job until we can check the whole system but you complained about the price to begain with, you did not want us to complete our job and we charged you a service call fee. That is a fee for us to tell you what is wrong with your system. we gave you a fair price to fix the system and you had an attitude with my tech. It is not the customer's place to tell us what to charge and your going to pay. We are a business with integerity and refuse to a customer to tell us what to charge. If you want to but substandard part's without a warranty that is your decision. if you have any issues with my company call me and we can discuss it
