      I have paid for the service I havent gotten for me to be able to have an appointment with them. I cancelled my appointment days prior to April 2 2025 and until now the refund has still not been issued.

We truly apologize for the delay in processing your refund and any frustration this may have caused.  After reviewing your case, were happy to confirm that the remaining portion of your refund has now been issued and should arrive within 37 business days. Additionally, your sons refund was processed immediately and should already be reflected on your end. Our team also had the opportunity to speak with you by phone recently, and we hope that conversation helped clarify things and move us toward resolution.  That said, if you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please dont hesitate to reach out.
