      While I started out pleased with this service, I have now, for the 2nd time this month, not had my trash picked up. Worse, the company is no longer answering their phones and have disconnected messaging services. I understand that this company is selling to ***** Trash; however, they are continuing to take my money, while not providing the service. This is a poor way to end their years of service.

      I have a stamp date on our trash system that he was picked up 2/15/23 and 2/22/23. His next pick up date is 3/1/23. I don't answer the phone if I am on another call. If I leave the office, the business phone is forwarded to my phone. I do not show that you have left a voice mail. And the messaging services have not been disconnected. If you don't leave a message, I can not address your concerns. He is not on autopay and I do not have his billing information, so I have not continued to take his money as I have no way to take it. My system shows he called Feb 6th, 2023 (we were in and out of the office as my mother passed away this week). No voicemail was left. 2nd call was made to our office 2/23/23 at 5:21pm (after business hours). No voicemail was left. I also show we have communicated in the past via text messaging. I have no text message since we last spoke 7/6/22.

      This business can claim they have an electronic stamp of picking up my trash all they want, but my trash was still sitting in the trash can, from last week, last night when I added this week's trash. Additionally, the trash was not picked up on Wednesday Feb 1, which I waited til the 6th to call because I was giving leeway because of recent storms. Twice this month our trash has not been picked up. While auto withdrawal is not activated, my account is paid ahead and this company is deducting for weekly pickups, which has not occurred this month. This company also states that they have not turned off their answering service, but both times I called, the phone rang 3 times, went silent, then disconnected. They have stated they have record of my calling them on both if these occassions; however, didn't show interest enough to call back. I doubt many customers make a habit of calling their trash collector just to see how their week is going. I also have no history of calling this company between the time I setup service and this month when they failed to collect my garbage.
