    I took my ******************************************* excruciating pain, the ** dismissed her and didn't even try to find out what was wrong. I ended up having to take her to another hospital. She ended up having to have surgery. We have been disputing the bill and the CEO mailed a letter accusing her of seeking something for the pain which was absolutely insane. We keep getting told it will be sent to a **** to review. This is unacceptable.

    Before the consumer lodged her complaint with BBB, we addressed these concerns with the consumer.   Her complaint with the BBB will be treated as a patient grievance and HHC will provide her with a written response.  Out of respect for patient privacy, HHC will not respond further on BBB's website.

    I am rejecting this response because:   they did not try to resolve the complaint nor address it. I requested multiple times for it to be disputed and even asked for Management to contact. The only letter received was from CEO stating that our concern was just that pain was not addressed. I reached back out and said no the concern was they didn't try and find out what was causing the pain which in turn caused us having to go to another hospital and ended up having surgery.
