    I returned two packages to the ups store, one to ****** and one to the **** store. The employee switched the labels before shipping so the **** store received a necklace from ****** instead of the shoes. So they have now denied my refund because they didnt receive the shoes. ****** says they dont have the shoes. **** said to reach out to *** which I did and they said it is a *** Store problem because they are a franchise. I went to the UPS Store and she said she didnt know what to do and to call customer service. I called and they said the store I shipped from had to handle it. The 2 employees in there said they have no way to fix it and dont even know how to try. So now because their employee at the UPS store switched the labels I am out $90 for shoes and $18 for the necklace because they each recieved the wrong items. But no one is willing to help.

    Based off the pictures she uploaded both parties have recevied the items and neither party stated that they received the wrong item. There is no vendor admit of the wrong doing. ****** even said in the picture that the money had been refunded.
