      They dismissed me by letter, got it in the mail yesterday. Why? Because the Nurse who was overseeing my medications is leaving and told the front office lies about me. Made allegations against me, not once ever questioning me about any of it. I never did what she accused me of. So I sent a note, along with my check (for what I owed) telling them how upset I was at what the Nurse said. I was civil, didn’t use any swear words, NEVER threatened anyone. They deposited the check and then sent me a dismissal letter. *ow unprofessional,cowardly, and tacky. I have seen many Therapists, Counselors, Physicians, Psychologist, and Psychiatrist over the years and not once have I been accused of doing anything wrong, nor have I ever been dismissed from anywhere, for any reason. SOM just marked reason as other! I stand by every word I wrote in the note that I wrote and sent them. I am so disgusted at the disrespect, and how they obviously defended the nurse. I have been going to SOM off and on for years. I started there when Dr. Jeff ******* was the Psychiatric there. *e was the absolute best. Chris ****, And Janet ****** are amazing as well. Some of the front desk people are amazing. But R.* & A.* are not!
