Shady character. Paid ******************************************** He didn't install it correctly or plumb it right and has charged me multiple times to come out and troubleshoot. He finally told us that he knows nothing about aerobic systems and that we needed to contact another company. Not before he took a hand saw and cut all the plumbing out of the hole and left it on the ground for the next guy. He also recommended we ask a family member to get a pump and pump our own septic out onto the ground. Knowing ***** regulations, we did not take his advice. Steer clear of this terrible company.

This system was installed correctly and customer had not maintained system properly as was informed to do monthly maintenance on drip system filter and clean it .After about 2 years she called me with a problem I cleaned filter and unhooked filter and checked system .was working at this time .I explained to her she should contact another company that dose monthly maintenance contracts that I did not do that ..Sorry for your troubles but I did exactly what I told her I would do to DEQ specs .she did not maintaine her system as she was informed to do ...Review fromRebe B

I had a great experience working with Whitetail Septic. Ricky was professional, friendly and was very helpful; answered all
