      Months ago, I got a recall letter saying my airbag may shoot shrapnel at the passengers in the car if it were to ever go off. Im trying to repair my car for me and my familys safety. Ever since I received that letter I have been trying to arrange a repair at MARK ALLEN BUICK GMC to no avail. I have drove 30 minutes to the location and then waited an hour before being told they dont have the parts (although I was told they were ordered when I made the appointment) They have only wasted my time thus far and continue to do so. And they are putting my familys safety at risk.
