    If I could leave a 0 I absolutely would. If you’re on the fence about renting these duplexes, DONT! Not only do they know there’s deadly mold, but they won’t do anything about it! They brought in a contractor and he told them there’s a gap in the siding and that the mold is probably everywhere! He recommended all the drywall be replaced. They fired him and just painted over the mold! Now they’re trying to raise my rent knowing our house needs immediate repair! Awful people! Been here over 10 years and this is the thanks we get!!! Way to go Freeman, Reba, and Steve!

    They were great about 4 years ago until this new lady started and now it’s BAD. I’ve been threatened that they would hold/keep my deposit even tho I am leaving the house in way better condition than how I received it, which had zero outlets on and missing screws and dirty burns in the carpets from prior tenants smoking plus not to mention my sons room door being messed up and the carpet being old as dirt with some weird looking mystery brown glue blobs on the carpet. This isn’t even including the non working light about the sink or the still messed up cooking fan that they never came and fixed. Plus the ac outside they refused to fix just keep cleaning even though the blades destroyed the inside part that should remain straight so air can come through. I still paid rent always on time only to have them give me short notice that they sold the house I was renting and now being a**wholes about me getting my deposit back. They are looking for every reason to keep my money. I’m going to definitely take a video of the house. These people are trying to be crooks. Sold the house and trying to keep my deposit money how greedy & Dirty can you be?!? At the very least could talk to me with some respect considering I was a great tenant and paid my bills and didn’t destroy the house! I will never do business with them again especially if this big lady still there!!! 1-10 I would give 3 because the end game how they doing me and how much trouble they are making it to get my deposit back plus come in single father man couldn’t give give me a heads up; hey we are selling house or it’s on the market so look out?!?
