    We moved into a new house. We needed the septic cleaned out. So we called ***** He came out and cleaned a tank out. The following year my husband an I were building a new bathroom. So we dug up yard an found the real septic tank that was saposto be sucked out. It was over filled with ***** We had told **** we had an Arabic system, witch the have 3 tanks, 1 trash tank 2nd treatment plant an 3rd pump tank.. he only pumped out the gray water. He did not pump out the tank with the ***** in it. We told him the Arabic system for sprinklers were not working. He said he fixed that. Still didn't work in the time frame he said it should start working. Now if he had pumped the correct tank the system would of probably worked. Instead he pumped wrong tank an causing it to be over flowing under ground. He works in that business, he should of know there was 3 tanks an known the right tank to pump..

    We cleaned all 3 tanks while there and also fixed burnt wires and the floats in the tank that operate the pump and sprinklers. We even installed chlorine tablets for them.  We never got a call back from them letting us know their sprinklers still weren't working.  This was almost 2 years ago. Aerobic tanks are designed to be full of water all the time.  Also with that amount of time depending on how many people live in the house the tanks could be completely full again. I have sent a copy of our field ticket and the invoice attached.
