    I am rejecting this response because:

    The gym of cushing is completely lying about my case. *** contacted them numerous ways at least a dozen times yet they claim I never contacted them. I was not charged for a few months and I called several times and got it fixed and then I back paid. I never said I was bringing my bank statements in I just said I would review it and let her know if I was charged which I did. Addressing the lie that I never contacted them heres some screenshots of me contacting them. So I'm amazed at her claim I never contacted them. I have proof on my bank statements that they back charged my for 5-6 months and I was charged about 12 more times after that. I spent $240 in one day ($30 a month membership) which is 8 months. I attached 4 more bank statements in order totaling 12 months proving they are not being honest. I have the rest of the statements proving how much they overcharged me. I would also like to see the contract I am supposed to have signed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have addressed all the false claims by the gym with ample proof, at this point I just want the money I was charged over the 12 month period. Im unsure why I (the customer) am responsible for doing the book keeping of this business. I have repeatedly tried to fix this matter with the them in the past through many means with similar results. What else do I need to provide for you to correct your mistakes?
