This was the google review I posted that was removed, I will just copy/paste it: I came to the ER on June 29th because I got a concussion WHILE PREGNANT!!! Only to be treated like a drug seeking joke! The nurses in the ER treated me like a joke, & were rude & unprofessional. Especially Kayla  ********(whatever her last name is!!). She literally said to me in a condescending tone “Aw did you fall down and go boom?”. My blood pressure was elevated so the nurses left me sitting in the room for about 45 min. It was their lunch time but also so my blood pressure would go down. But when the nurse came in to recheck it, she kept moving the cuff down my arm. Until she had a regular sized arm cuff on my wrist! So far down it was digging the hospital bracelet into my hand!!!!! She kept moving the cuff down until the reading was low enough, it was a number she was happy with and didn’t need to medicate me. The doctor came in and told me I had a concussion (duh! That’s why I was there!!!!!!!) and they did nothing else for me. Left me sitting in the ER with extremely high blood pressure. So I walked out ACA. As soon as I got home, my blood pressure was through the roof and I medicated myself for it. But the incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Use a wrist cuff! Or place the cuff in the correct spot on the arm. I was spoken to like I was stupid, when that was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen!!!! Now yesterday I received a bill for over $1,000! For NOTHING!! Because they didn’t run my insurance. I will be appealing & filing every grievance and complaint I can! They put my unborn child at risk! All because she knew me and treated me like a joke? Get some better staff in there! I am so appalled & absolutely disgusted! I will be contacting management and corporate or anyone else that can help me! I want to know why my review was hidden??? And no one addressed my review but everyone else’s. I guess the really bad reviews get taken down
