    Mini vacation shopping over a tax free weekend, as the ladies pointed repeatedly, I didnt expect tax. We spent $825 and $128.75, 2 separate transactions. I noticed there was an extra charge, non cash adjustment on the receipts making the totals $855.93 and $133.57. When I called, ******, the owner, stated she was sorry, she had new employees and would refund the difference the next day, had I not heard from her by noon to contact her. We went into the store at 1:00pm, has not heard back from her. I was told by a sales lady, this was a fee for using my cc. I called ****** back. She said ALL business in ******** charge this, have been for 3 yrs. I sent her pictures of other receipts on same day from other business that DID NOT charge this fee when we used the SAME card, but all businesss in ******** use this service that charged this fee. PayLo she called it. I told her I would be returning the items. (One item was a $750 belt) All the sudden returning them world result in store credit, knowing we live out of town. The receipt doesnt state returns are store credit, nor was there a sign in the store. Its not the money, $40 isnt going to matter to me one way or another, its the principle of the matter. She lied. She scammed. So on top of changing tax she also charges you to use your credit card. There are NO SIGNS ANYWHERE alerting consumers of this charge either. Im impressed by her business tactics as well as her ability to sleep knowing she is a cheat. Shop at your own risk ladies.
