      The City of ***** is running a scheme with this park. It is a public health nightmare with very unhygienic facilities and extreme danger for pedestrians. They are selling advanced parking passes online but they oversell them continuously and refuse to even speak to upset consumers about refunds. Im sure the parking scheme is just the tip of the fraud iceberg at this horribly dangerous tourist trap.

      I went to swim & camp at Turner Falls this past Saturday Aug the 13th. The staff was very unintelligent and seemed to know nothing in order to answer my questions. I paid for a camping pass and day pass to swim, and then shortly after I came back to their check in after I realized the only camp sites they had left were very uncomfortable looking and trashy so I asked for a refund on the camping and just wanted a refund but yet still pay for the day pass. They would not refund me and the staff was very condesending and smarted off to me even and said I didnt deserve a refund because I was upset and they choose not to help. She kept telling me there was 1800 acres and I should be able to find a spot. So also the 2 women were not listening to what I had to say either or giving me any sympathy that id came way out of my way for their park and they did not care. So we left and I will never come back to that park until its in Gods hands again not these parasite people.

      Mind you I drove 6 hours round trip to come to this dump and I dont deserve a refund they said.
