    In the fall of 2022 I called this company to assess a noise in my attic. The person determined I had rats. For weeks they set traps and caught nothing. Earlier in 2023 I was told I may be hearing snakes due to the rats attracting them. They stated they sealed up my house so that no other rodents could get inside. There has been poor communication and multiple no-shows for trap checks. A guy named **** was abusive to me (made fun of me and laughed at me on the phone) when I was forced to call to find out why the tech did not show again for our scheduled appointment. I paid over $**** up front for all services. The last time I have heard from anyone was on April 14, 2023, when a tech came out to do a trap check. He stated he put additional motion cameras in my attic since I was still hearing noises and they would be back in a month to check the traps. I have not heard a single word. I have tried calling but it appears they blocked my number. Based on our contract, I have a one year warranty starting from when we mutually agreed the trap checks were satisfactorily closed out. I have not been notified nor have i signed an agreement that indicates the trap checks were closed out and the one year warranty started. I did not receive **** worth of services.On the last visit, *******, the tech became hateful and started listing things "wrong" with my house that weren't an issue previous. I feel that this was intentional to find a way to void the warranty should I need it. ******* also became hostile when I took my cell phone out to take pictures of areas that they had failed to seal. He accused me of recording him, which i did after the accusation. It was very unsettling. I strongly believed I have been ripped off. They even told me they are more expensive because of the warranty but I can't even reach them. Supposedly there are still cameras in my attic unless they lied to me about that too. No rodent or critter was ever caught by them and no explain.
