    The title to the impounded car that was only in my husband's name that he had purchased a week prior to him getting arrested, was inside the vehicle at the time of it being impounded. The police had a hold on it but now it's released. Went to go get it or at least our belongings out of it and this guy is pretending the title isn't there. After doing the run around for 2 weeks I remembered that my husband had a buddy ***** his car and ended up getting it impounded to the same tow lot 3 days before it was impounded this time. My husband had to give him all the necessary documents and the guy took a picture title of vehicle included for his records. So when I went up there with everything besides the title in hand, but I remind him that he had just had to take a picture of the same exact vehicle title less then a week before it was here again. He then again tells me no and to beat it pretty much. I call the cops they say they can't do nothing bc it's a civil suit. He just wants all my husband's tools in the back. Terrible greedy business and thieves.
