  Let me start by saying this place has been a NIGHTMARE! I purchased a NEW 2022 camper, when I finally went to go pick it up the gray tank was leaking, before even driving off the lot they had to fix it. After that, it has been one thing after another, you name it, it's gone wrong, leaking roof and walls, propane leak, bad wiring to the break lights, peeling vinyl, in the first few months of owning it, it had gone to the shop more times then it was used. After discovering the leak in the bedroom from the ceiling and NO answers or return call from *******, I turned to the ** complete package that came with the new camper purchase (roadside assistance, mobile ** mechanic, ect.) Upon calling them and trying to get them to come out and fix the leak, they informed me that ******* called and cancelled the warranty and received a refund check for it!!! Once again I called ******* several times to try to see what was going on, if they did answer they would swear someone would call me back, however, most of the time they let it go to voicemail, and I would leave a voicemail every time with NO return call, EVER (this went on for a few weeks)! I finally made the hour drive up there and was able to corner the *** He was very condensing and spoke to me as I was stupid because I am a woman. Told me they never cancelled the warranty (even when I had proof, I had the people at ** complete email me a copy of the cancelled warranty.) They GM still wanted to tell me they didn't do it. This place has been NOTHING but a headache, if you purchase a camper do not do it from this unethical company!

  So this is how you ***** your prospective Customers, The Bait and Switch Internet Price Trick" I call and get salesperson **** who immediately starts asking for my name, number etc. I immediately stop her and specifically ask if The Black Series HQ21 Trailer is on their lot and available? She checked and assured me it was, I then asked for an out the door price of $49,900, She actually took my credit card to hold the vehicle, with the caveat of ("I'll see if we can waive dealer handling fees and check with my manager and call you back in the morning, of course no return call). I tried her again the next day and she promised me shed have an answer within an hour. Instead, she has her boss "The Closer" call me back two days later with some fabricated story about a "CASH BUYER" as well as many others ahead of me in line for this camper? BUT FORTUNATELY FOR ME, his Boss said the Cash Buyer didnt leave a credit card, so I can buy it because **** always wins, (even though Im not paying cash, and all the other people ahead of me just a moment ago completely vanished) However though, The Closer said theres no way we can sell this camper for $49,000, When I challenged the price on FLOYDS own website, the "CLOSER" comes back with sorry", if you read the small print, you would see we have a disclaimer on there! And then The Closer has the audacity to try and upsell me at $67,000?? Hes actually trying to tell me that there was a $18,000 'mistake' between their real price and the price that was listed on their own website?? Now my Favorite part. On ***** RVs Website they have a Reviews Tab Look what customers are saying about us APPARENTLY they forgot to attach the LEGITIMATE REVIEWS all over the internet from REAL CUSTOMERS! Floyds RVs would make an Indian Scam Caller Blush!!! BUYER BEWARE TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE, THERE ARE PLENTY OF LEGITIMATE DEALERS OUT THERE WITHOUT HAVING TO DEAL WITH THESE TYPES!!!!
