    Purchase a Boomtown Mixer on 11/26/23, was told 6 weeks for delivery, followeresponse, an email 1/18/24 with no reaponse, emailed again 1/24/24, finally got a response that sais they were working with a manufacturing company and got the news they would be moving production and would clear the backlog in a few weeks to a month, didnt hear anything, emailed again 2/29/24 3/7/24 and 7/2/24 with no response. 7/2/24 asked for full refund immediately and no response so far. Many calls and left many messages with no response. Messaged on ******** with minimal response. In May 24, ********************* ("owner") even sent me shipping bills of lading from sending them out from Prince ************ showing that they started to send them out. 6/25/24 he asnwered my message on ******** and made quality excuses statung why my ordered had not been fulfilled yet. I have been trying to get a refund since then and no responses. That was the last communication with him that I have been able to get to this point! ******************* now has a marketplace ad on ******** asking $150,000 for investors for Boomtown Mixers when supposedly a production company called Prince ************* took over the production of the Boomtown Mixers. I have tried to contact Prince ************* but I can't seem to call during their hours yet due to the time difference. He is a scam artist! Do not do business with Boomtown Mixers or *******************.

    My order was placed in July of 2023. I was told on October to wait for the arrival of my item. Because they are a bit behind do to the relocationing and restructuring their production shop. I have been patiently waiting and very understanding. But now I told i can request my funds back from my bank. This is not acceptable since the company has been holding on to my payment and now have changed the price on their website. This is not good business ethics. I have been supportive of the growing of this company and believe in them making it right to their loyal customers.

    Purchased a mud mixer on August 2, ************************************** a refund and emails, and voicemails go unanswered. Nobody answers the business phone and these individuals are selling the same product under multiple company names in Bixby Ok ********* OK and ***** OK including Boomtown Mixers Boomtown Mixerz and BTC Equipment

    Boomtown mixers if thats a real name have took $2800 from atleast 10 confirmed people for there cement mixer and after a few calls/text no longer respond and no one has took deliver of the machines Myself order and paid in full aug 7 2023 And now they redid a website and are asking people to mail them checks instead of credit card payment . **** is one name they have said They said a 4 week wait time in August then twice have said its shipping then no shows up then they tell anyone whos waiting to just go and say you were scammed to the credit card company they have since came out with a newer machine gen 2 and are now asking $3400 plus $350 shipping A person did start a ******** page boomtown mixer unfulfilled order class action

    Ordered a concrete mixer on 8 October 2023 at the time they said it would be 6 weeks before shipping.I have not been able to get a status of the order since. I got 1 response on December 1 2023 saying they are working on it but dont have any timeline.I have called and leave messages but they never call back.
