    In December 2021 We purchased an AC/Heater unit from Curtis Refrigeration in Duncan *** The check cleared in January 2022. $6200. and we are still waiting for the units to be put in. Repeated phone calls went unanswered. Promise unkept when we did communicate . And only a couple of occasions the phone calls were returned with numerous excuses and with a promise of a date to be put in and never show up. Waiting Over 20 months is long enough for this and we would like my money back. Everyone we spoke to advised against installing a product by CURTIS HVAC since that would invalidate the warranty. We were told the unit has been at the shop since February 2022.

    On October 14th 2022 I purchased an **/Heater unit from Curtis Refrigeration in ****** OK. The end of December my heater was put in and am still waiting for the ** to be put in. They disconnected the ** unit when putting in the heater so my ** unit is totally unusable at this point. Repeated phone calls and email has been sent. On only a couple of occasions the phone calls were returned with numerous excuses and with a promise of a date to be put in and never show up. 4 mos is long enough for this and I would like my money back. I will even pick up the ** unit and find someone else to install it. I have been advised the unit has been at the shop since Novemebe 2022
