I was contacted by a collection agency that a bill that was accrued 2 years ago byEagle Partners had been turned in to them. After several phone calls to collections, to Eagle Partners, and my insurance company the info was this: Eagle mis coded the claim and the amount they requested was not paid. Eagle received notification of this, and a revision needed to be sent. In the meantime, I paid a ***** bill and heard nothing else until 3 months ago when I got the call from collections. A revision was not sent , my insurance company said if the appropriate revisions were not made within a year of the charge, Eagle being a ppo provider with ************ it should be written off. Also, Eagle owes me *****. I have called Eagle and the collection agency numerous, numerous times! I have sent emails and spoke to ************************* , a manager. I sent him two copies of the eobs and several emails about an update absolutely no response. Initially when I received a message about the bill I paid a payment.. and the next day I gathered info. that the charges were not my responsibility. That day I called to dispute.. so was assured no payment would be taken out. Well, it was taken out of my account, so I called again! The bank reversed the payment. Then the following month it was taken out again , a ***** less so it would go through. (Without permission!) I go back to the bank and dispute anything from them as far as charges. I have called and called diligently and am told the account is in dispute wait 30 business days , and so I have! ******************** will not respond to my emails, calls, and when I call to ask for him he is in a meeting. I have asked for info of his superior and am told tht cant be given out. ******************* was suppose to relay info and resolve this issue hasnt happened! I called today and was told collections has been notified by email to allow reverse charge to Eagle partners, and they refiledMay 2nd, I received nothing of this transaction!
